Niki has a proven track record of building and selling two successful businesses from the ground up. However, her desire to create something with lasting social impact led her to seek a new path. Alongside retraining as a yoga teacher and undertaking a three-year diploma in Nutrition, Niki’s passion for helping others has remained at the forefront of her ambitions. Combining this desire to support others with her love of property, she aims to challenge perceptions and prove that private landlords can play a positive, transformative role in the community.
Justin brings creative vision, meticulous project management, and hands on build expertise to Seastar Living. His impressive track record includes renovating residential homes, developing serviced accommodation, commercial property development, and creating hospitality venues, including a commercial brewery and outdoor bars & restaurants constructed from shipping containers in London’s King’s Cross. Justin’s eye for detail and commercial acumen perfectly complements Niki’s passion for well-being and inclusivity, ensuring each project is designed and executed to the highest standard.
